Espanol, American, next, Flag, bottom, page

Question by Puzzled: "En espanol" why does it say that next to an American flag at the bottom of the page?

I thought the official language was English!
Maybe they should flip the flag upside down aswell
Even Spain is written in English and does not say Espanol next to it
Walter and Utah over 300 languages are spoken in just London alone. So should we have 300 UK flags all with a different language next to them?
