Question by Fight on Trojans!: What are examples of animals competing in the wild and how do they use adaptations to their advantages?

I am study biology, and I need help for a project. I know what competition is-members of a species compete for limited resources to survive. Usually it's indirect, such as being caught by predators, but direct contact is occasionally made. (yes, I wrote the definitions.) One part of my project is examples of animals, and how they have adaptations (behavior or physical characteristic that allows an animal to survive in its habitat) that help them compete. Please answer ASAP! Thank you.

there are loads of examples you can use here are a few:

The Hare and Lynx are interesting ones to talk about if you want to talk about predator and prey. they have to constantly both adapt and evolve in order for the lynx to catch the hare and for the hare to escape the lynx. this is a video explaining it in more detail:

heres another about hunting adaptations:

the special adaptations these animals have help them to compete with and gives them an advantage over other animals when competing for food.
