Emmerson urges higher water treatment standards

State Sen. Bill Emmerson, R-Hemet, has testified at a hearing at the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board to support the adoption of new and advanced water treatment standards for the Sacramento Regional County Sanitation District (SRCSD) wastewater facility.
